How to build your homepage?
 
In order to build your homepage, you can use WYSWYG software like MS Front Page, Macromedia Dreamweaver. These software will help you to build your homepage without knowing the HTML language. You will need to know HTML language in order to build a more interactive and professional web page. To learn more on HTML, you may go to http://www.w3schools.com.

What type of files supported by at-malaysia.com?
 
We only support web static pages (htm, html), images files (gif, jpg) and flash file (swf). Dynamic web page (asp,aspx, php) is not supported due to security issue.

What is start up page?
 
Start up page is the first page when user enter your web page. Web server by default will search for some predefined default pages. Normally, the default page will have name as "default.htm", "default.html", "index.htm", "index.html". Please make sure you have your start up page on your web folder.

How to upload my files?
 
Please login to your member homepage and click on "File manager" to upload your file. "File Manager" enable you to upload your files, create folder and manage your files.

Can I use FTP to upload my files?
 
No. Currently we only support web based upload. If you need to have ftp features, please go to http://www.softnethost.com for professional web hosting package.

Can I use Ms Access database?
 
No. Currently we do not support database due to security issue.
